چکیده
Chronic kidney disease has an indirect effect on global disorder and death by raising the risks of morbidityand mortality . This study included (60) patient diagnosed chronic renal failure; it also (25)healthy subjects as control In population age ranged from (14-65 years) old who visited Al-BasrahTeaching Hospital in Basrah throughout period October 2020 to February 2021. Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbent Assay (ELISA) was used measure human serum soluble alpha klotho proteins , irisin andcystatin C The results showed that there is a high significant difference (P value < 0.01) levels betweenCKD patients for following : Soluble-a-klotho protein; Irisin (ng/ml) ; Cystatin-C (ng/ml).There decrease (ng/ml)among different stages chronickidney same table revealed increase <0.01) protein among respectively) Thestudy concluded remarkable level andirisin cystatin with these differences arepositively correlated glomerular filtration rate

متن کاملEvaluation of Glomerular Filtration Rate Estimating Formulas in Diabetic Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective: Measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the best determinant in assessment of kidney function for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. As extremely accurate methods of GFR measurement (i.e. Inulin clearance) are expensive and Time-consuming and due to limitations of the 24 hour urine collection method, some formula have been developed for the GFR measurement. Here we have ...

متن کاملrelationship between plasma adiponectin level with inflammatory and metabolic markers in patients with chronic kidney disease
conclusions: these findings suggested that plasma adpn level is inversely associated with gfr and directly correlate with hdl-cholesterol and inversely with some, but not all metabolic factors of ckd patients who were not undergone dialysis. results: plasma adpn level was significantly higher in ckd patients than control group (p = 0.04). it was directly correlated with hdl-cholesterol (r = 0.5...
